I have been in the beauty industry professionally for almost two decades, freelancing out of Los Angeles California which is my home town. Cancellation Policy
Yes, I totally understand that last minute situations occurs and you may need to cancel. Please note that a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied in the event of any no-showed appointments or cancellations made 72 hour prior to your appointment. If notified before 72 hours of appointment one rescheduling is allowed within two weeks of original booking if deposit has been collected. Otherwise, a new deposit is required to book another appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period if you’re running late, any appointments running 30 minutes or more behind will resort in being rescheduled along with a cancellation fee applied.
